What to Include in a Support Request

To speed up support, include:

  • Your account email
  • App version
  • iOS version
  • Device model
  • A short description of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Screenshots if available

Do not include passwords, full authentication tokens, or sensitive medical records in email.


Common Help Topics

1. I cannot sign in

  • Confirm you are using the same email/provider used during signup.
  • If you used email sign-in, try password reset.
  • If the issue continues, contact support@cradlecue.com.

2. My data is not syncing

  • Confirm network connectivity.
  • Keep the app open briefly after reconnecting.
  • Check whether you are signed into the expected account.

3. How does caregiver sharing work?

  • Owners can invite caregivers by email.
  • Access levels are role-based (owner/editor/viewer).
  • Owners can revoke access at any time.

4. How do I export data?

In app: Settings > Export

5. How do I manage notifications?

You can configure reminders in-app and notification permissions in iOS settings.

6. How do AI features work?

CradleCue offers three AI-powered features, available with a Premium subscription:

  • AI Chat — provides personalized, informational responses about your baby's patterns based on your logged data.
  • Voice Logging — lets you speak events naturally (e.g. "bottle 4oz, dirty diaper, nap 2 to 3pm") and automatically creates structured log entries.
  • AI Note Import — reads handwritten caregiver notes from a photo and creates structured events for feeding, sleep, diapers, and more.

AI responses are not medical advice and may contain inaccuracies. You can disable AI features in Settings.

7. How do I delete my account?

Visit our data deletion page for full instructions. You can also email privacy@cradlecue.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - CradleCue".

Account deletion permanently removes all baby profiles, activity logs, photos, and AI chat history within 30 days.

8. How do I request my data?

You can export your data in-app (Settings > Export) as PDF or CSV. For a full data access request, email privacy@cradlecue.com.


Response Times

We aim to respond:

  • General support: within 2 business days
  • Privacy/data requests: within 30 days (or faster where possible)
  • Security reports: as quickly as possible

If you believe you found a security issue, email security@cradlecue.com with:

  • Issue summary
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Impact assessment
  • Logs/screenshots if available

Please do not publicly disclose security issues until we confirm remediation.
