What to Include in a Support Request

To speed up support, include:

  • Your account email
  • App version
  • iOS version
  • Device model
  • A short description of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Screenshots if available

Do not include passwords, full authentication tokens, or sensitive medical records in email.


Common Help Topics

1. I cannot sign in

  • Confirm you are using the same email/provider used during signup.
  • If you used email sign-in, try password reset.
  • If the issue continues, contact support@cradlecue.com.

2. My data is not syncing

  • Confirm network connectivity.
  • Keep the app open briefly after reconnecting.
  • Check whether you are signed into the expected account.

3. How does caregiver sharing work?

  • Owners can invite caregivers by email.
  • Access levels are role-based (owner/editor/viewer).
  • Owners can revoke access at any time.

4. How do I export data?

In app: Settings > Export

  • PDF report export
  • CSV export

5. How do I manage notifications?

You can configure reminders in-app and notification permissions in iOS settings.

6. How do I request data deletion?
